Terms of Use

These terms apply to EasyTimeManager ("the App", "we", "us") on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and to ETM Ultimate, its paid plan. By using the App you agree to them.

ETM Ultimate

ETM Ultimate unlocks the Distraction Blocker, the Auto Tracker and the premium features added later. It is sold in two forms:

• **Yearly** — a subscription billed once a year. It renews automatically at the end of each year until you cancel.
• **Lifetime** — a single payment. It does not renew and does not expire.

Prices are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency where available, and include or add sales tax as required where you live.

Free trial

The yearly plan may start with a free trial (7 days unless the App shows otherwise), once per account and per store. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged on the day shown in the App, and the subscription renews yearly from then on. We send a reminder before the trial ends.

Renewal and cancellation

A yearly subscription renews automatically and is charged within 24 hours before the end of each period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time; you keep ETM Ultimate until the end of the period already paid for. Cancel where you bought it:

• **iPhone, iPad, Mac** — Settings → your name → Subscriptions (Apple ID).
• **Android** — Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• **Windows** — the "Manage subscription" link in the App's Settings, or the link in your purchase receipt email.

Buying lifetime does not cancel an existing yearly subscription — cancel it as above.

Payments and refunds

Purchases on iPhone, iPad and Mac are processed by Apple, on Android by Google, and on Windows by our payment provider (RevenueCat Web Billing with Stripe). Their terms apply to the payment. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. For Windows purchases, write to admin@easytimemanager.com about a refund.

Your account

A purchase belongs to your EasyTimeManager account and works on every platform where you sign in with it. Restore purchases from Settings on a new device. Guest accounts cannot buy ETM Ultimate.

Changes

We may change prices for future periods; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and the stores ask for your consent where their rules require it. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies.
